Kids in the Bathhouse: Joy and Benefits!

Visiting the bathhouse is not only a tradition but also a great way to strengthen the health of the whole family, including our little ones. But how do you organize a bath day for children correctly?

1. Preparation

Before the first visit, it’s important to explain to the child what a bathhouse is and what to expect. Show them that the bathhouse is fun and safe.

2. Temperature

The temperature should be moderate for children. It’s best to start at 60-70 degrees Celsius and gradually increase as they get used to it.

3. Duration

For toddlers up to 3 years old, 3-5 minutes in the steam room is enough. For older children, the time can be increased to 10-15 minutes.

4. Breaks and Rest

Don't forget about breaks between steam sessions. Offer your child warm tea or water and a snack of fresh fruit.

5. Games and Entertainment

Bring along your child’s favorite toys. Water and steam games make the bathhouse even more fun.

6. Post-Steam Procedures

After the bathhouse, make sure your child can rest. Wrap them in a warm blanket and allow them to lie down for a while.

The bathhouse for children is not only fun but also a healthy procedure for boosting immunity, improving mood, and overall well-being. With the right approach, bathhouse traditions will become a delightful family ritual!
